Cynthia Collins is a full-time stay-at-home breeder. Seeing fur babies placed in proper homes, led her to create Puppy Palace. She has been a breeder for 10+ years and specializes in smaller breeds.
She even keeps the parents home with her.
Cynthia ensures your baby is pampered with care and love before you adopt.
Each pup sees a licensed veterinarian for their first set of shots.
They are even puppy pad trained!
